Roosevelt School, at the time we attended it, was a kindergarten through 6th grade facility. There were several other K-4th schools in town but all 5th and 6th grades attended this school. It had a large auditorium, gymnasium, and was right next to what we knew as the Junior High School on Norht 6th Street.
The printing on this card is a bit off register so the final output gives a slight blurred effect.
