I knew that I would not be able to pour a new patio section tonight since I had to move the form and prep the area, so when I got home I finished forming the corner section of the deck footing. This footing is about 14" deep at the corner and will anchor the corner on this sloped area. We will finish landscaping it once the deck is built but the plan is use a rock moat along this side. I took this picture as soon as I had the concrete in the form so there is plenty of water on the surface.
