I got started earlier tonight so was able to get more work done. I cut and installed all the 1/4" tempered hardboard counter tops and then ripped out the edge material. The edges will be banded in maple like the table saw bench and to make these pieces I ripped 1-11/16" wide strips of maple, rounded the edges, and then split the strips in half yielding two strips 1-11/16" X 5/16" thick. I ran out of time before getting very far installing the edges, but this will go fast when I get back at the work this weekend.
