Scale model of a Union Pacific Railroad heavy duty switcher with combination die cast chassis and plastic body. Steps on all four sides lead to the ramp which circles the body. Dummy air horns are attached to the cab. Has heavy duty remote control reversing mechanism, 4-wheel trucks, die cast wheels with automatic coupling at both front and rear. Equipped with oiless bronze bearings. Bright headlight. Switcher has rhythmic diesel motor noise when in action. Adaptable for use as a switcher engine or as a line hauler.
