The image above shows the real workhorse of all our building projects. It is the old lawn mower we use as a utility tractor and the trailer we bought the first year we started our building projects. The tractor works fine but the trailer has seen too many loads like this. The sub floor material we are using is 3/4" tongue and groove plywood that is glued and stapled to the joist. The image below is high lighted to show the tongue edge. To get the sheets in place it takes two people, one to stand on the groove edge while the other drives it into place with a 2 X 4 and a sledge hammer.

Sandy and I worked on the sub floor again tonight and installed 17 sheets, four more than last night and in less time. We have 14 sheets to go to finish the project and should be able to get that done tomorrow if everything goes the right way.
