Today started out as the most humid day I can remember in a long time. At 6:00 AM the house windows were covered with dew so heavy that I could see outdoors. When I went out to work the air was so heavy that it was hard to breath and there wasn't even the slightest breeze. But I was determined to begin pouring concrete so ignored the temperature and humidity and went to work. I had the area formed by 1:00 PM and had it poured by 2:00 PM. It was a very hot hour of work but the breeze started about the time I finished pouring the concrete, which helped.
Once the concrete was finished I hauled another load of large rock for the landscaping and completed the are we started earlier in the week. The shadows are pretty dark so it is difficult to see what we have finished. There is a small shrub in th emiddle of the rock area. This area is designed to eliminate the need to mow or trim this inside corner
