Tonight I got a real break in the weather. It was cloudy and spit rain off and on all day but by late afternoon the clouds began to break up and it was a nice evening to work outdoors. It was a little chilly with the temperature below 70 degrees with a breeze out of the northwest. I worked on the gable end fascia and sofit, completing both sides. I can now get started on the shingles, leaving the returns to complete another time. The picture below shows the rough-in that will need to be boxed in.
