Tonight's work was restricted by the change in the weather. We had a forecast of rain for later in the day and in this case the weather guessers were right on the money. It was another rain that I watched move across the corn field from the west and it dumped on us several times and cooled the air temperature down to 50 degrees. I didn't try to work outside but instead concentrated my efforts on cutting and installing the 27 soffit supports on the north side. I didn't need these on the south side because of the way the trusses fit over the plate. I used scrap pieces and made quick work nailing these on. The next project was to install nailers between two trusses that will act as supports for the wall between the shop and garage portion. All in all it was not much of a showing but considering the weather it was the best I could do.
